Lee is our Treatment Coordinator, also working as a CDT under prescription and as a denture expert. Lee's in-depth knowledge and vast experience help him solve even the most difficult of denture issues. Lee's artistic flair and natural ability help ensure premium standards for every patient, no matter the challenge faced. As well as providing people with new confidence in the denture materials and treatment options available, Lee offers that much needed reassurance - the dentures he creates will more than meet with his patients' expectations.

As one of the original Clinical Dental Technicians in the UK to achieve a Diploma in Clinical Dental Technology from the Royal College of Surgeons England, Lee has made substantial contributions towards his profession and is recognised as one of the UK's leading Clinical Dental Technicians. For the past two years Lee has been a finalist at the UK's prestigious Dental Awards, where his denture service has been highly commended by the judging panel. Lee is also an active member of the British Association of Clinical Dental Technology. Lee is also well respected throughout the dental industry where he has worked closely with dentists for many years providing true to life dentures.

Mr Sami Stagnell completed training at King’s College London in 2009.

Following graduation, Sami worked as senior house officer and staff grade in maxillofacial and oral surgery at the London NHS Trust and Barts. He also spent time as visiting postgraduate advisor (consultancy) and honorary clinical teacher at King’s College.

Sami is a member of the Faculty of Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons (RCS) in Edinburgh and the Faculty of General Dentistry with the RCS England.

In 2015, Sami gained his MSc with merit in aesthetic dentistry from King’s College. He is currently embarked on a second MSc in skin ageing and aesthetic medicine with the University of Manchester.

In addition to postgraduate training, Sami has completed training in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) hypnosis and sedation. He uses these techniques to help nervous and anxious patients feel at ease during treatment.

Sami is active in several dental societies and organisations. He is vice-chair of the British Dental Association’s (BDA) Young Dentists Committee. He is also a Fellow in Clinical Leadership and Management with Health Education England, through which he works to support various UK healthcare projects.

Sami is on the specialist register for oral surgery. He provides all aspects of oral, facial aesthetic and implant surgery by referral.

Kate qualified from Bristol University in 1995 and is passionate about her career as a general practice dentist.

With her special interest in cosmetic dentistry, she has attended many postgraduate courses in anterior aesthetics, smile designs, dental rehabilitation and short term orthodontics with many of the top cosmetic dentists.

Since joining Solutions Dental Clinic in 2020, this skill set has allowed Kate to help many patients achieve the smile they have always wanted.

When not at work, Kate spends all her time with her horses and family on their small farm.

Dr Riz Syed qualified from Royal London Hospital in 1999 and went on to work in the hospital’s oral maxillofacial department and various surgical practices.

In a career spanning over two decades and many thousands of successful implant cases, he has completed extensive postgraduate training in implant and restorative dentistry, most notably at the University of California in Los Angeles. Riz has also undertaken training in oral plastic surgery in Dallas, Texas.

Riz is now a respected educator in his own right as a lecturer and mentor on advanced implant techniques with global implant technology leader Nobel Biocare.

Riz is a highly skilled clinician with experience in advanced techniques such as sinus grafting, hard and soft tissue grafting and surgical crown lengthening.

He is a member of the Association of Dental Implantology, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

I joined this unique and dynamic team at Solutions Dental Clinic in 2022. Prior to this, I had worked in a wide variety of practices across the Southwest, including general and specialist clinics. Over the past 15 years, I have also been teaching undergraduate and postgraduate Dental courses at Exeter, Plymouth, and Bristol Universities.

Since my graduation from Guy's and St Thomas' Dental School in London in 2001, I have dedicated myself to building my knowledge and skills across all areas of dentistry. In 2019, I gained a double masters in Prosthodontics from King's College London. This has equipped me with skills and knowledge to plan and deliver predictable, functional, and aesthetically naturally appearing dentistry in the simple and the more advanced and challenging of cases. I have a particular interest in working with patients whose oral health has declined significantly for whatever reason this may be and working to regain the smile and function they strive for. I enjoy working with patients who are nervous and require additional time and care.

At Solutions Dental Clinic, I am part of a great team that possesses a high level of experience in many disciplines. My practice philosophy centres around treating each patient individually and focusing on their specific needs and concerns. I am committed to actively involving the patient at every stage of their treatment planning and delivery. To do this I spend a significant amount of time planning and discussing relevant approaches and options that may want to be consider.

I have love to learn and have completed many courses alongside dentistry, including an art foundation in Falmouth. Originally from rural Wales, I have developed a passion for travel and adventure, across the world. Currently, I am delighted to start sharing the adventure spirit with my twin 11-year-olds as we explore the world together.

Dr. Nayma Tariq has been working as a qualified general dentist for 8 years and earned her GDC number in 2015 after passing her statutory exams, before joining Solutions Dental Clinic team in Winchester in December 2023.

Following Nayma qualification she has become passionate about aesthetic and cosmetic dentistry. She completed a year-long training program focusing on full smile makeovers and offers a range of aesthetic services, including Invisalign, Composite Bonding, Whitening, and Ceramic Crowns and Bridge work.

Nayma became an official Invisalign provider in 2020 and has helped many patients achieve their dream smiles. She creates a joyful and positive experience for patients and the Solutions team.

Nayma's passions outside of work include, going to the gym, exploring new foods and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Gauri is a qualified dentist from India and has been practicing general dentistry since 2017 and a GDC registered dental hygienist and therapist in the UK since June 2022.

Her area of interest lies in periodontics (prevention & treatment) and wishes to expand her knowledge in the same field.
Her aim is to provide optimal oral health, spread awareness about hygiene and alleviate anxious patients by encouraging and comforting them.

She provides various services like composite fillings, teeth whitening and airflow.
She has won periodontics poster competition for presenting Gingival enlargement cases at the Indian Dental Association in 2018.
Apart from work, Gauri is a professional classical kathak dancer and her passion for dance keeps her fit and confident.

She also enjoys yoga, listening to music and travelling with her husband Jay.

Our Dental Nurse Daisy is our youngest member of staff and is a breath of fresh air.

She is never without a smile or happy and kind word, she prides herself on ensuring the patient experience is always the best, happy to answer questions, and reassure with compassion whenever needed.
She really enjoys the patient interaction and the customer service and continues to aim for Gold Standard.

Daisy helps both the patients and the clinicians throughout the full dental journey, with many patients commenting on how lovely she is and the way she remembers the smallest details. Daisy has just recently qualified as a Dental Nurse in which she is excited to broaden her knowledge for the future.

In her spare time, Daisy enjoys spending time with her family and friends and puppy Lola.

Chandra is one of our brilliant Dental Nurses. Having qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2022, Chandra is keen to develop her skills further. Chandra has a calm, happy personality and is always there to assist when she can.

In Chandra's spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and loves to garden.

Cathryn is our lovely Admin Assistant who is always eager to help. She provides a smooth sailing experience for all patients and never fails to uplift spirits within the practice.

In her spare time, Cathryn enjoys spending time with her family, her beautiful dogs and loves cycling.
